We were set the task to do 150 logo ideas for our good. I found this really hard, especially when trying to make myself spend less time on each one. It's so easy to get carried away and want every one to be perfect. I hit a bit of a brick wall at around 80 but persevered and managed to get to 112, a little shy of what we were asked but I still feel I have benefitted from this task.

In the seminar Fred asked us to choose our favourite ten and then a different group chose the logo they found most effective. This was better than choosing it ourselves because its looked upon with fresh eyes as a logo would be. It also reflects how decisions like this are going to be made when we are working designers, a client may very well choose a logo that we disagree with but we must get on with it and work to the clients needs. After this we were set a task for next week, to develop our logo and design four packagings, for which we were given the nets.
