What if... development

We Intend To:
We intend to give something for the residents of Leeds to do, somewhere to go get away from the buzzing student life. We have decided that the best way to do this is to keep it as secret as possible, so we intend to create a 'secret tea party'. To promote this to the select audience we intend to design a poster, a mobile phone app, a map and branding that will be used throughout a picnic set.
One of our ideas to keep the tea party secret was to hang teacups from trees leading to the picnic areas. Although after creating a visual on Illustrator we decided that this looked too 'fine arty' and chose not to use this idea.

Name Ideas
As a group we brainstormed keywords to do with our project, and what kind of feel we wanted the tea party to have. Through this we came up with the name 'Picnic in a Park'.
- Couples - Families - Winter - Park - Picnic - Fairytale - Magical - Alice in Wonderland - Secret Tea Party - Unseen - Hidden - Secret - Trail - Residents - Non students
We decided on the name 'Picnic in a Park'.

 Final Poster Designs
Originally there was less detail on the poster to keep it top secret, but we decided we needed a catchy slogan 'This can be our little secret' and directions so that it was clear to the public what 'Picnic in a Park' was about.
